VTuber Production I offer Live2D modeling & rigging services for VTubers, from modeling & rigging only to full production, including illustration and character design in collaboration with partner illustrators.

Production Process

The production process proceeds as follows:

1. Illustration completed
2. Receiving the separated illustration parts
3. Live2D modeling
4. Final delivery

You may contact me for reservations or consultations before the illustration is completed. However, an accurate quotation can only be provided after receiving the fully separated illustration.

If requested by both the client and the illustrator, I can provide a guide for proper part separation.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or PayPal. For clients outside Japan, payment via PayPal is required.

For clients already debut and active online, two parts payment is accepted: before production begins and before final delivery.

Communication during production will take place via a dedicated Discord server. Progress updates will be provided every 2–3 weeks using images or videos.

If requested, I can assist with setting up the model in tracking software via screen sharing.

Cancellations or refunds are not accepted after production has started. Thank you for your understanding.

Terms of Use

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Reprinting, redistribution, resale, or claiming the model as self-made
• Public disclosure of commission pricing details, communication contents, or personal information

Editing screenshots or modifying textures is permitted only with the illustrator’s permission.

Expression changes using software features such as OBS or VTube Studio are permitted only with the illustrator’s permission. Please note that some features may become unavailable due to software updates.

The following uses of the model are prohibited:

• Use in AI-generated content
• Anti-social or politically motivated activities
• Hate speech or activities that violate public order or morals

I am not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the model, except for defects directly caused by the model itself.

A defect refers to a bug that affects the normal operation of the Live2D model (e.g., animations not triggering correctly or display issues).

Issues caused by tracking software updates or user environment settings are not covered by support.

Support for model-related defects is provided for 6 months after delivery. Support beyond this period may be unavailable or subject to additional fees.

Tracking Software

VTube Studio is recommended.

For best tracking performance, an iOS device is recommended.

Web camera tracking is also supported, but tracking accuracy may vary.

Delivered Files

Unless otherwise agreed, the final delivery includes a Live2D export optimized for VTube Studio.

Live2D editable files are not included by default. They may be provided for an additional fee, in which case editing by other riggers is allowed.

Without purchasing the editable files, modifying the model or commissioning another rigger is prohibited. Please contact me if you wish to add more expressions or motions.

All revenue generated from VTuber activities belongs to the client. However, resale, redistribution, lending, or transferring the model to third parties is prohibited.

Credit

If possible, please credit the modeler’s name and X (Twitter) account in the description of your content on platforms such as YouTube or X. (This is optional but appreciated.)

Portfolio and Publication

Unless the client notifies me in advance that publishing is not permitted, I may showcase the model with tracking footage on my website and social media platforms.

The publishing date is not negotiable. In most cases, the model will be published after the client’s debut.

If no special circumstances or debut date information is provided, the model may be published after 6 months, even before debut.

With the client’s permission, I may stream the production process or share behind-the-scenes content.

Budget and Plans

If you already have a budget or preferred plan, please let me know in advance. Even if your budget does not match the listed pricing, a custom plan may be proposed by adjusting features or motion scope.

Additional Outfits

The estimated cost for additional outfits is:

• 30% of the base price of the initial commission plan
• Plus optional fees depending on implementation details

This does not include pose changes or major hairstyle or accessories.

Minor Customization (e.g., Facial Expressions)

For small customization such as extra facial expressions, the estimated cost is:

• Base fee: 40 USD
• Plus optional fees depending on the details
