Process

Step 1 | Prepare your illustration

Please prepare the illustration you want to turn into a GIF.
If you do not have an illustration yet, you can also commission one directly from my partner illustrators.

Note: If the background is extremely complex or the artwork has heavy special effects, I may not be able to accept the request depending on the content.

Step 2 | Get permission from the illustrator

Please confirm with the illustrator that it is okay for me to separate the parts and create an animation from the artwork.
To avoid any issues, I cannot proceed without permission.

If needed, please also confirm how you would like the credit to be written (creator name and X/Twitter ID, etc.) for public posts.

Step 3 | Submit the commission form

Please fill in the commission form with the required information such as your email address and image files.
The form will require information about the purpose, size, and preferred deadline.

Step 4 | Confirmation / Quote

Based on the information you provide, I will contact you with an estimated price and confirm the details such as the motion, number of items, duration, and delivery time.

Step 5 | Payment

Payment method is PayPal only for international commissions.
Please complete the payment within 7 days. Production will start after payment is confirmed.

Step 6 | Delivery

I will deliver the files via email. After delivery, minor adjustments are accepted.

Terms & Notice

About the files

If you already have separated parts, please share the source as a layered PSD file or a CLIP file (CLIP STUDIO PAINT working file).

If we start from a single illustration, a transparent PNG with the highest possible resolution will help improve the final quality.

Usage

You may use the delivered files on social media and streaming platforms.

If you plan to use the files for merchandise, please make sure to get permission from the illustrator.
Once permission is confirmed, you do not need any additional contact or approval from Suzuta.

Credit / Portfolio display

If possible, I would appreciate it if you could include the creator name and X (Twitter) ID when you post the work publicly.

Unless you notify me in advance that you do not want it to be shown, I may showcase the finished work on external websites and social media as part of my portfolio.

Delivery

If no format is specified, the default exporting format will be GIF.

Live2D project/edit files and the original source files (such as the layered PSD) are not included.

Production process

Communication will be mainly via email.
I do not share work-in-progress previews, and I will deliver only the completed product.

After delivery, up to two minor adjustments are included as per our guideline.
Major changes or correction too large, it’s closer to a remake may require an additional fee depending on the request.
