A Chatter Model is a new type of Live2D model created by Suzuta.
Chatter Model works with common VTuber software such as VTube Studio.
Unlike normal VTuber models, Chatter Model does not use a camera.
Instead, it reacts only to audio input from your microphone, playing looped motions based on sound.
This model combines the simplicity and pop-style movement of a PNGTuber with the smooth motion and rich animation based part of a VTuber model, bringing together the strengths of both styles.
Video is showcasing Chatter Model’s movements and how to set it up in VTube Studio.
Because of Chatter Model’s unique features, the required illustration differs from that of a normal VTuber model.
The layer separation process can be unconventional.
To help with this, we provide a detailed explanation page so you can better understand the illustration requirements in advance.

If your favorite poses or art style do not feel suitable for a VTuber model
This is actually a perfect match for a Chatter Model.
Since the focus is on specific motions rather than complex full-body movement, distinctive poses, accessories, and silhouettes can shine even more.
If it is difficult to face the camera while streaming
A Chatter Model does not require a camera at all.
It responds only to microphone input.
This makes it ideal for work streams where you tend to look down, as well as fitness, cooking, or other streams where staying in front of the camera is not easy.
If you want an original model but have a limited budget
Compared to a full VTuber model, a Chatter Model is more affordable and can be completed in a much shorter time frame.
With fewer parts required, the workload for illustrators is also lighter, making commissions easier to arrange.
If you already have an illustration and want to add some movement
Depending on the pose and art style, there may be some limitations, but we do accept requests to prepare animation-ready parts from a single illustration.
If you are currently streaming with a static illustration, or would like to make your design move on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or IRIAM, feel free to contact us anytime.
If you have any questions about pricing or details, please feel free to contact me via the Contact page. For commissions, please use the comission form at the bottom of this page.

For differences such as holding a controller/small prop, or having empty hands.
Create variations such as changing motion per prop, or adjusting movement speed.
* This may be added when a variation requires separate/unique motion.
Please prepare the illustration for your commission. Also, please confirm the illustrator’s name and X (Twitter) ID you would like me to credit when I publish the work in my portfolio.
When requesting the illustration from your illustrator, please share About illustrations for ChatterModel and tell them: “I’d like the layer separation for the ◯ type shown on this page.”
This help us to be able to check all the required parts much easier and therefore can provide you a quote faster.
If we will start from a single illustration (not pre-separated), please make sure to read About illustrations for ChatterModel, especially the section “Notes for starting from a single illustration,” and obtain permission from the illustrator.
* If the background is extremely complex or the artwork has heavy special effects, I may not be able to accept the request depending on the content.
If you would like to commission one of my partner illustrators, please enter your preferred illustrator in the form, or contact the illustrator directly.
Please fill out the comission form with the required information such as your email address and illustration files. The form will also ask about your preferred motion style and desired deadline.
I usually reply within 3 days.
Based on the information you provide, I will contact you with a rough quote and the general direction of the motions. We will also confirm the delivery schedule (if the illustration is still being prepared, your request will be treated as a tentative reservation).
Payment methods are PayPal or bank transfer.
* For clients outside Japan, PayPal is required.
I will start production. In principle, I do not share work-in-progress updates.
I will send the files via email.
